Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product Management to join Arlula. As the Head of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering cutting-edge geospatial solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales and marketing, to ensure successful product development, launch, and ongoing market success. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the Earth Observation industry and contribute to solving global challenges using space-based technologies.

As Head of Product Management, you will:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmap, features, and enhancements based on market demand and business gols.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and identify new product opportunities.
  • Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to define product specifications, development milestones, and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with the design team to create intuitive user interfaces and exceptional user experiences.
  • Conduct product testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales collateral.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to optimize product positioning and market fit.
  • Continuously track and measure product performance and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to improve product offerings.
  • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather insights, identify needs, and build strong relationships.

Skills and Experience required

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, software engineering, computer science).


  • Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, preferably in the geospatial industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and launching innovative products or solutions.


  • Good understanding of the Earth Observation market, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
